If you don’t have adb you need to get it. Easiest way is by downloading SuperOneClick. DO NOT run superoneclick, you only need adb!
Next download GingerBreak.apk made by Chainfire, it can be found here.
Next launch from command prompt move to where adb is c:/path/to/adb/ and then run the following command
adb install /path/to/apk/GingerBreak.apk
It will install it, next on your phone in your app menu browse to and click on GingerBreak. Click root, the phone will be rebooted and that’s it – your Atrix is rooted Image may be NSFW.
